Learning analytics and progress reports that show who needs help
Ilmoria reports on what is actually happening in your courses: how far each student has got, whether they are on pace for their target completion date, how they are scoring and which quiz attempts were flagged. Administrators see the key counts for their school, and groups report across every school they run.
Pacing, not just progress
Compare each student's progress with the target completion date of their enrolment.
Grades and integrity together
Grades, final grades and integrity flags alongside progress.
Across every school
Organisation-level reporting for groups with several schools, campuses or units.
Follow progress by student and by course
Teachers and mentors see how far each student has moved through each course. Looking down a course shows who is ahead and who has stalled. Looking across a student shows how they are doing in every subject, which is what a mentor or homeroom teacher needs before a parent meeting. Because the same progress data appears in the parent portal, families and staff look at the same picture and the conversation starts from shared facts.
Spot students who are falling behind pace
Every enrolment in Ilmoria has a start date and a target completion date. Comparing a student's progress with where they should be today turns a vague worry into a clear list: these students are on track, these are behind. In self-paced and online schools this matters most, because nobody notices a quiet student slipping. Ilmoria grew out of the platform used daily by Ithraa School, an online school where students work through self-paced courses with mentors.
Read grades and integrity flags in context
Progress alone does not tell you whether learning is happening. Ilmoria also reports grades from quizzes, assignments and discussions, final course grades once teachers confirm them, and integrity flags raised during online quizzes and exams. A student who is on pace but has several flagged attempts needs a different conversation from one who is behind but scoring well. Looking across sections helps academic leaders spot these patterns and follow up with the right teacher.
Give administrators an overview
The admin overview puts the key counts for a school on one screen, so a principal or dean can check the state of things without asking anyone for a spreadsheet. When something looks wrong, they open the course or student in question. If an administrator needs to see the platform through a teacher's or student's eyes, they can log in as that user in read-only mode. Users, courses and grades can be exported as CSV for board reports or deeper analysis.
Report across every school in your organisation
Groups that run several schools, campuses or business units on one Ilmoria account get reporting at organisation level. Each school keeps its own branding, users and isolated data, while the central team sees totals and comparisons across all of them. A K-12 group can compare campuses, a university can look across its sites, and a company can review training by business unit. Read how the structure works on the multi-school page. Enterprise plans add a REST API and webhooks.
Questions buyers ask
What does pacing mean in Ilmoria reports?
Pacing compares a student's progress in a course with the start date and target completion date of their enrolment. If a student should be halfway through by now but has completed a quarter, they show as behind. This matters most in self-paced and online programmes, where there is no class timetable to reveal that someone has stopped working.
Does Ilmoria predict which students are at risk?
Ilmoria works from real activity rather than a prediction score. Reports compare progress with target dates, show grades and final grades, and surface integrity flags from quizzes and exams. Together these show which students need attention today, in a way teachers can explain to students and parents without pointing to a model nobody can see inside.
Can a group of schools see reports across all campuses?
Yes. Organisations that run several schools, campuses or business units on Ilmoria get cross-school reporting at organisation level. Each school's data stays isolated, with its own users and branding, while authorised central staff see the combined picture. This suits school groups, multi-campus universities and companies with several divisions.
Can we export data to our own reporting tools?
Yes. Users, courses and grades can be exported as CSV and opened in a spreadsheet or business intelligence tool. Enterprise plans also include a REST API and webhooks, so your IT team can feed data into a warehouse or dashboard automatically. Tell us which reports you need and we will show you the best route for your organisation.
Do managers in corporate training get the same reports?
Yes. In a corporate account, managers and trainers follow employee progress per course, see whether people are on pace for their target completion dates, and review assessment results. HR and learning teams can report across business units at organisation level, which helps when several divisions run the same mandatory programme.
