A multi-school LMS for groups, campuses and business units
One Ilmoria organisation can run many schools, campuses or business units. Each one has its own logo, colours, web address, users and data, while group leaders get reporting across all of them. It is built for school groups, university systems and companies with several entities.
Each school, its own brand
Own logo, colours and domain or subdomain for every school, campus or business unit.
Data kept separate
Users and records in one unit are isolated from every other unit in the group.
One view for the group
Central reporting across all units, without logging in to each school separately.
One organisation, many schools
Ilmoria is organised the way groups are. Your organisation sits at the top, and each school, campus or business unit sits underneath it. A school group adds one unit per school. A university system adds one per campus or college. A company adds one per subsidiary, brand or country. Daily work happens inside each unit, with its own grade levels or programmes, courses, staff and learners. When the group opens a new school, it is set up as another unit in the same account, rather than as a separate system to buy, configure and support.
Every school keeps its own identity
Families choose a school, not a software vendor, so each unit looks like its own. Every school, campus or business unit can have its own logo, colours and domain or subdomain. Students at one campus sign in at that campus's address and see its brand, while a sister school in the same group shows its own. Staff and learners sign in with email and password, Google or Microsoft, and Enterprise plans can add SAML single sign-on. Because every screen works in English and Arabic, one group can serve Arabic-speaking and English-speaking communities on the same platform.
Data that stays where it belongs
Each unit's users and records are isolated from the others. A teacher at one campus cannot open the gradebook of another, and a parent sees only their own children. Inside each unit, role-based permissions decide what administrators, teachers, students, parents and office staff can do, and across the platform Ilmoria keeps data isolated between organisations at row level. This matters when schools in a group are separate legal entities, when campuses run their own admissions, or when a company has to keep training records apart across subsidiaries. Read how Ilmoria approaches security and data privacy.
Reporting across the whole group
Group leaders need the full picture without logging in to each school. Ilmoria provides central reporting across every unit, so a group academic director, a university provost or a head of learning and development can follow all schools from one place, while principals and campus managers keep working inside their own. Pair it with analytics to see where each school stands. When finance or the board needs figures in its own format, CSV export of users, courses and grades makes it straightforward to move data into the tools they already use.
Who it is built for
Multi-school matters whenever one owner runs more than one place of learning. One platform for the whole group means one set of tools for staff to learn, one support relationship and one place to report from. Plans are priced per active learner per year and quoted on request, so share your structure and we will propose a plan. See pricing for how the tiers compare.
- School groups running several K-12 schools, sometimes across different countries
- University systems with multiple campuses, colleges or branches
- Companies with subsidiaries, regional offices or franchise networks that train staff separately but report together
Questions buyers ask
Can each school have its own domain and branding?
Yes. Each school, campus or business unit can have its own logo, colours and domain or subdomain. Students, parents and staff sign in at their own school's address and see their own school's brand, even though every school runs on the same Ilmoria account. Families experience the school they chose, not the group's software.
Can staff at one school see another school's data?
No. Each unit's users and data are isolated, so staff work only inside the school they belong to, with role-based permissions controlling what they can do there. Oversight across schools comes from central reporting for group-level leaders, so the group can follow every school without giving everyone access to everything.
How many schools can one organisation run?
One Ilmoria organisation is designed to hold many schools, campuses or business units. Plans are priced per active learner per year across three tiers, Starter, Growth and Enterprise, and quoted on request. Tell us how your group is structured and how many learners each unit has, and we will propose the plan that fits.
Can we run schools in different countries from one account?
Yes. Each unit has its own branding, domain, users and data, and every screen works in English and Arabic, so one organisation can serve schools in several countries. If you have requirements about the region where data is hosted, talk to us during procurement and we will go through them with your IT team.
Does multi-school work for companies?
Yes. A business unit works like a school: it has its own branding, its own employees, managers and trainers, and its own training records. Group L&D or HR can follow training across all units through central reporting, while each subsidiary or regional office manages its own courses and people day to day.
Can we add a new school later?
Yes. A new school, campus or business unit is added as another unit in your existing organisation, with its own branding and domain. Users can be imported in bulk from a CSV file, so a new campus can be ready for staff and students without anyone creating every account by hand.
