Live online classes, scheduled for every section and grade

Ilmoria organises your live online classes around the groups you already have. Schedule a session for a section or a whole grade, add the meeting link from Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and every student in that group sees it on their weekly timetable. Teachers get a schedule they can export.

Per section or grade

One session reaches every student in the group, with no manual invitation lists.

Your meeting tool

Paste Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links. No new video contract needed.

Weekly timetable

Students see the week's live sessions in one timetable, on any device.

Schedule sessions for the groups you already have

Live classes are attached to the academic structure in Ilmoria. You choose a section, such as Grade 10 B, or a whole grade level, set the day and time, and add the meeting link. Every student enrolled in that section or grade sees the session. Because a session belongs to the section rather than to a list of names, a student who changes section sees the new section's timetable instead of an old invitation. That matters for schools running several sections of the same course with different teachers.

Keep the video platform you already use

Ilmoria does not ask you to switch video providers. Teachers run the class in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and Ilmoria stores the link with the session, so students always open the right meeting from the right place. Your IT team keeps its existing meeting licences, security settings and recording policies. If one department prefers Teams and another uses Zoom, both can work side by side in the same school without anyone changing how they teach.

Give students one weekly timetable

Students open a weekly timetable that lists their live sessions by day and time, with the link to join. For online and blended schools, this keeps scheduled teaching and self-paced coursework in one place, so students stop hunting through messages for a link that was sent last Sunday. The timetable works in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops, and the whole interface switches between Arabic and English. Read more about using Ilmoria on mobile devices.

Plan teacher time with exportable schedules

Each teacher has a schedule of their live sessions across all the sections they teach. Administrators export teacher schedules to arrange cover when someone is absent, check for clashes before a term starts, or share timetables with heads of department. Teachers can check their own schedule too, which cuts down the back-and-forth about who is teaching what and when. The result is a clearer view of the teaching week, without a separate spreadsheet that someone updates by hand.

Follow up after the session

Live time is short, so the follow-up matters. After a session, a teacher can add the recording or slides from their meeting tool to the lesson in the course builder as a video or file, and students can message their teacher with questions. Assignments and quizzes set in the course pick up the work from there, with marks flowing into the gradebook. See how messaging keeps those conversations organised for teachers and students.

Questions buyers ask

Does Ilmoria host the video call itself?

No. Ilmoria schedules the class and stores the meeting link, and the call itself runs in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. This lets you keep the licences, security settings and recording rules you already have. Students click the link from their timetable and the meeting opens in the tool your school chose for that session.

Can one live session cover several sections?

Yes. You can schedule a session for a single section or for an entire grade level. A grade-level session suits assemblies, exam briefings or a guest speaker, while section-level sessions suit regular teaching where each section has its own teacher. Students only see the sessions for the groups they belong to.

Can students join from a phone?

Yes. The timetable works in any modern mobile browser, and the meeting link opens Zoom, Google Meet or Teams the way each tool normally handles phones. Ilmoria can also be installed as a web app on a home screen for quicker access. Native iOS and Android apps for Ilmoria are on the roadmap.

Are live classes recorded?

Recording is handled by your meeting tool, using its own settings and storage. Ilmoria does not record calls. If you want students to rewatch a class, a teacher can add the recording or its link to the relevant lesson as a video or a resource, so it sits next to the material it belongs to.

Can we export teacher timetables?

Yes. Teacher schedules can be exported, which helps coordinators arrange cover, balance workloads across departments and share timetables before a new term. Because sessions are tied to sections and grades, the export reflects the current academic structure rather than a separate spreadsheet that someone has to keep up to date by hand.
